Queenslanders Swim For Sick Children

Brisbane’s annual Swim4Kids event will take place across October 21-22 to raise funds for the Royal Children’s Hospital Foundation.

Swim4Kids is a two day tag team swimming event where participants swim up the Brisbane River and across Moreton Bay to Tangalooma Island Resort and back. Swim4Kids says you don’t need to be an elite athlete to partake, you just need enough heart to help sick kids.

While Moreton Bay is said to have the highest population of bull sharks in the world, swimmers will be safe inside the purpose-built swimming cage donated for the event by Superior Jetties.
