NEW STESSL CENTRE-CABS

Stessl has upgraded its range with the release of its Coast Runner centre-cab designs in late 2009. The new centre-cab layout was developed as a direct result of dealer feedback.

The new designs include a standard aluminium hardtop, second-generation variable deadrise hull, and provision for high-mount radio aerials. Rocket launchers have also been integrated with the hardtop, and there’s a large dash for mounting electronics.

There’s also a big engine instrument binnacle, a bits ‘n’ pieces shelf on the dash, and 32mm bowrails sweeping back to the cab for safety. Options includes killtanks, baitboard, transom doors and more.

The Stessl Coast Runner is available as a 5.6m and 6.1m hull. It offers exceptional value for money, according to Stessl, and outstanding on-water performance with its revised underwater hull shape.

Kieran Harland, general manager at Stessl’s Qld dealer, Coastal Powerboats, pointed out how smooth the welds were on these new models. He also praised the structural strength of the Platetrix II hulls.
