DYNA CRAFT PARTNERS WITH QUEENSLAND MARINE CENTRE

Dyna Craft partners with Queensland Marine Centre

Taiwanese luxury motoryacht builder Dyna Craft has announced Andrew Bennett and the team from Queensland Marine Centre (QMC) at Southport as its official dealer for Australia.

On a recent trip Down Under, Dyna executives reviewed a number of high-quality national partners and selected Bennett and his QMC crew based on their existing product range – including Sea Ray, Boston Whaler and Mastercraft – and future plans to offer larger motoryachts to clients.

We’re told Bennett will be actively involved in the future design direction for Dyna, with the yard undertaking a series of new product development strategies to position the brand and range, specifically targeting the needs of Australian motoryacht owners.

A brand-new model will lead this new direction for Dyna, with a 58 Motor Yacht (images right) currently in design and planned to arrive in Australia in early 2014.

The 58 will take Dyna’s model range to eight and incorporates new, sleek styling and lines to the exterior with major changes in the interior layout and materials used.

Dyna says it offers a bespoke build experience for owners offering “exceptional levels” of customisation – this new model to feature all-new European inspired fittings and finishes.

“We’re excited to have Andrew and QMC as our national dealers, and we’ve committed to an ongoing new-product schedule and marketing activity to help drive the Dyna brand in Australia,” said chairman Terry Yen.

According to Yen, the new design direction is very exciting for the brand as it will ensure the Dyna range offers all that clients would expect from a competing European brand.
